Kara Wart was born and raised in Vancouver, Washington, a suburb of Portland, Oregon. She graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts in business.

She began her career in long-term care assisting with the start-up of a pharmacy and then went into exclusive event planning. Her expertise in design, arts, and attention to detail has led her to a successful career in high-end real estate. She specializes in condos and downtown living.
