The Rocky Point model was a big hit on the 2007 Central Oregon Builders Association Tour of Homes, garnering awards in its class for Best in Show, Best Master Suite, and Best Interior Design!

Pacwest Design Center created two interior packages, The Deschutes , and The Drake for Rocky Point, and each package features beautiful natural materials and tasteful finishes.

The model home displays the standard finishes in The Deschutes package, complete with solid alder doors, alder trim and casing, hickory flooring, and custom carpentry detailing throughout.
